My name is Tracey and I am the driving force behind ProPaws European Transport Services along with my partner Geoff who is chief of logistics.
We have owned this pet transport business since July 2021 when the previous owner retired after 7 years. We have tweaked it almost to perfection ensuring that every cat and dog is treated equally, that he or she travels safely and comfortably and with dignity.
For the last 30+ years we have been dog rescue volunteers throughout the UK and Spain and were driven to change the whole concept of European pet transport for the better.
We are also the founding trustees of a dog rescue and care for 30+ dogs voluntarily 365 days a year.
Animal welfare is at the forefront of our daily lives and we want to promote a more ethical transport service for private pets and rescued cats and dogs.
We share our home with our dogs Beryl, Mike, Saul, Lily and Hank and cats Claude, Mow, Larry, Bella, Cleo and Ebony.

Getting an Animal Health Certificate (AHC) for your dog or cat is as easy as ABC with our dedicated, door-to-door team.
Step 1 - Application
ProPaws will complete and send the online AHC application form on your behalf to kickstart the process smoothly.
Step 2 - Collection
We collect your pet directly from your home at a pre-arranged time and date, taking the hassle out of transit.
Step 3 - Certification
ProPaws transports your pet to our approved vet to complete all the official paperwork required for travel to the EU and back.
